Speak to Three Dog about Dad.
1 of 4: Use the world map to fast-travel back to the GNR Building Plaza.
2 of 4: You'll appear right next to the GNR building's doors, so go on in.
3 of 4: Go up the stairs and through the door to the GNR studios, then up the stairs to Three Dog's living area.
4 of 4: Talk to Three Dog and report success, then ask about your father again to finish this quest and get "Scientific Pursuits."
