North Area Notes
1 of 4: On the west side of the north area are stairs leading down to the Penn. Ave/Seward Sq. Metro entrance.
2 of 4: On the east side is an alley with a garbage can, two trash bins, and two super mutants in it.
3 of 4: At the back of the alley is a manhole entrance to the Sewer area.
4 of 4: Watch for another super mutant to appear nearby as you exit the alley.
