Fallout 3 Hints
North Area Tips
1 of 8: Look for a long, narrow alley that starts near a blue car.
2 of 8: Look down the alley and shoot the super mutant at its other end, then turn and see if any more have appeared in the second wrecky building. (They do every now and then.)
3 of 8: Wait to see if any more mutants come down the alley after you, then go down it and check behind the sandbag walls for a first aid box and two ammo boxes (and a rad-x on the ground near the shelves).
4 of 8: Go up to the big City Liner vehicle and turn left, then shoot down any super mutants you can see in the area ahead.
5 of 8: Near the street corner NE of the City Liner are a fire hydrant, a garbage can, and a table with two tin cans on it.
6 of 8: Next to the garbage can is a bench with two shotgun traps on it. Disarm both of them, then disarm their pressure plate in the street for more XP.
7 of 8: Look near the two sandbag walls for garbage cans and the entrance to the Metro Junction area.
8 of 8: Head SE from the metro entrance to find a large area with a garbage can, a vending machine, and the Vault-Tec Headquarters entrance.
