Fallout 3 Hints
Meet Hannibal at the Memorial.
1 of 3: It'll be awhile before Hannibal and crew can make it to the memorial, so you'll want to go off and do other things for awhile.
2 of 3: When you're ready, fast-travel to the Lincoln Memorial and see if they're already there. If not, go wait near the entrance to the underground Georgetown/The Mall Metro area just to the NE.
3 of 3: If you meet them at the metro, make sure the area is free of hostiles before they arrive, or they may start off in the wrong direction after combat. What should happen is that Hamlin talks to you and gives you your reward of a dart gun schematic when you meet them there. (See the Custom Weapons hints to learn more about the schematic.)
