Merchant Lists
Below are lists of everyone in the game that you can do normal bartering with and pay for equipment repairs. Each list is sorted by World Map zone so that you can easily find the nearest merchant and repair guy no matter where you are.
NOTE: No one who is part of a Random Encounter is listed here, since they can randomly appear just about anywhere. Also, when you do find them, you can't depend on them to stay in one spot for long.
The four Traveling Traders aren't always in the same area, but they can be found fairly easily once you understand their travel pattern. They're all merchants, and they can all repair your gear. How well they can repair it depends on how much you've invested in them. Below are the exact numbers.
* Crazy Wolfgang: 49% before investment, 70% after 200-cap investment, 85% after 500-cap investment * Crow: 49% before investment, 64% after 200-cap investment, 79% after 500-cap investment * Doc Hoff: 49% before investment, 64% after 200-cap investment, 79% after 500-cap investment * Lucky Harith: 52% before investment, 67% after 200-cap investment, 82% after 500-cap investment
NOTE: You can boost Crazy Wolfgang's repair limit by using pickpocketing to "give" him an outfit that'll increase his Repair skill. If you give him some workman's coveralls from the Point Lookout add-on game, his repair limit will go up to 91% after he puts them on.
