Post-Quest Notes (Ghouls Move In)
1 of 10: The next time you enter Tenpenny Tower, you'll find that some of its residents are now ghouls.
2 of 10: In the tower lobby, Michael Masters will be running the "Boutique Le Chic" shop, and Bessie Lynn will be running the "New Urban Apparel" shop.
3 of 10: They'll all seem to be peacefully co-existing with the non-ghouls, but that won't last long.
4 of 10: Before a game day passes, find Herbert "Daring" Dashwood and pickpocket his Tenpenny Generator Room key.
5 of 10: Come back after a day or more passes, and you'll find that the ghoul residents are the only ones left.
6 of 10: Ask Michael Masters where the non-ghouls went to learn that Roy Phillips had them killed and dumped in the basement.
7 of 10: If you enter the Metro Access & Generator area from the tower lobby, you'll find a feral ghoul and all of the dead residents' bodies. (Unfortunately, they'll all have been picked clean, so you can't loot them for any items.)
8 of 10: I said to pickpocket the generator room key from Dashwood earlier so that you can now enter the Metro Access & Generator area through its outdoor entrance.
9 of 10: You can then hack a terminal for XP and pick up two steam gauge assemblies (which are components for making Custom Weapons).
10 of 10: You can also use the terminal (or shoot a nearby generator) to open up the containment door in the other part of the Metro Access & Generator area, allowing you to go quickly from the tower lobby to the underground Warrington Station area.
