Which choice should I take?

  • 1 of 5: That depends on what specific reward you'd rather have.
  • 2 of 5: If you destroy the heart, you'll get the Barkskin perk, which gives you a permanent +5 to damage resistance.
  • 3 of 5: If you apply the sap, you'll be able to get gifts from treeminders that include a missile launcher and the unique druidic armor Maple's Garb.
  • 4 of 5: If you apply the liniment, you'll get two unique items: Linden's Outcast Power Armor and Poplar's Hood.
  • 5 of 5: Personally, I'd always go for a perk rather than items, even unique ones. And increased damage resistance is a particularly useful thing to have.
