AntAgonizer Combat Tips

  • 1 of 7: It can be tricky to keep the Mechanist from getting killed, but that's what you need to do in order to get the unique weapon.
  • 2 of 7: Follow him along as he enters the corridor that leads to the lift that goes down to the ground floor.
  • 3 of 7: There will be one giant ant in the room with the lift. Quickly kill it, then take the lift down before the Mechanist can.
  • 4 of 7: Hopefully he won't follow you down and get killed. However, that leaves you alone to fight the AntAgonizer and her giant ants.
  • 5 of 7: She'll go down quick and easy, but you'll need to maneuver around and use your best weapons to kill all of the giant ants.
  • 6 of 7: If that doesn't work, you can restore a save from before you talked to the Mechanist and go set some frag mines in the entry area where you know the AntAgonizer and her giant ants will appear. Then go talk to the Mechanist to get the combat started.
  • 7 of 7: Or you can go to the AntAgonizer's lair and kill her there, then grab her costume and come all the way back here and talk to the Mechanist to finish up.
