1 of 4: Before you go looking for Scribe Rothchild, you should get yourself some free power armor training if you haven't already gotten it from the Operation: Anchorage game add-on.
2 of 4: Exploring around the courtyard's perimeter, you'll find two doors to the A Ring area along its north side, and a door to the laboratory in the western corner.
3 of 4: Enter the laboratory and look for Scribe Rothchild on the lower floor.
4 of 4: Talk to him about finding a G.E.C.K. to be given permission to access an old computer in the archives area.
