Fallout 3 Hints

Help the Ghouls get into Tenpenny Tower, or Kill Roy Phillips ....

  • 1 of 7: Leave the tunnels and go back outside.
  • 2 of 7: Fast-travel back to Tenpenny Tower, then use the security intercom to get the front gate opened for you.
  • 3 of 7: Enter the tower lobby and go through the door to the Metro Access & Generator area.
  • 4 of 7: In it, you'll soon come to a large containment door with a very hard lock on it.
  • 5 of 7: After the door is open and the feral ghouls are on their way, go back outside and around to the door to the tower lobby.
  • 6 of 7: Roy Phillips will meet you there and give you a ghoul mask that you can wear to keep feral ghouls anywhere from attacking you. It's great for moving past ghouls without combat or for getting an easy preemptive strike on them.
