Once at the tower, how can I get in to see Mr. Tenpenny?
1 of 6: Use the intercom to the left of the tower's front gates to get them back open, then enter the tower lobby.
2 of 6: Find the elevator a ways behind the front desk and use it to go up to the Penthouse Suites area.
3 of 6: Turn left past the elevator to find a security guard who'll talk to you.
4 of 6: If you can't pass the Speech Challenge to get him to let you in, you can steal the key that's on the little pedestal next to his chair after he gets up and starts patrolling the area.
5 of 6: Go through the locked door to the right of his chair to enter Tenpenny's suite.
6 of 6: Look around in it until you find Allistair Tenpenny. If he isn't inside, try the balcony.
