Part 2 (Heavy Resistance)

  • 1 of 15: If you climb the ladder after the vision is over, you'll find the door at the top blocked by debris.
  • 2 of 15: Get back into the water and find the opening in the wall that you can crouch-walk into.
  • 3 of 15: Explore the passageway until you find a medkit and some pipes you can use to jump up through a floor opening above you.
  • 4 of 15: As soon as you're up on the floor, you should see a Replica's shadow on a wall ahead and hear his radio chatter.
  • 5 of 15: TIP: There's a reflex booster that you can get to from two different spots in the second large outdoor Replica area. Either find the ladder that leads down to the space beneath the two large green machines, or take the nearby stairs that lead down to the same place.
  • 6 of 15: When you're through exploring around, find the open "Authorized Personnel Only" door at the back of the second large area and use it to get to a room with an empty tank and destroyed walkway.
  • 7 of 15: As you turn the corner past the other end of the tank's broken walkway, get ready for the next big series of Replica battles, ending with one that includes the new Heavy Armor foe.
  • 8 of 15: Go through the door the Heavy Armor bashed open for you and on down the hallways until you reach a room where two Replicas see you, but quickly retreat instead of fighting. Betters will come on the radio and say that they're pulling out for some reason.
  • 9 of 15: TIP: Go down the stairs to the lower floor of that room to find a medkit, some body armor, and a health booster under the stairs you just came down. (You'll have to go around and crouch-walk under the walkway to get to it.)
  • 10 of 15: Move on into the next room to find the two Replicas who retreated from the earlier room.
  • 11 of 15: The door in the second room that leads to a small control room is blocked, so you'll have to find a way to get around it.
  • 12 of 15: Move along until you get to an apparent dead-end room with a vision of Fettel talking to someone.
  • 13 of 15: After the vision is over, look around for a floor grate that you can bash or shoot.
  • 14 of 15: Drop through the grate hole to get to a long, dark tunnel that you can crouch-walk down.
  • 15 of 15: When you get to the bashable grate at the end of the tunnel, break it and drop down into the room beyond to move on to Part 3 of this objective.
