2 of 5: To get that option, you'll first need to talk to Sancho, Vasco, and Navaras.
3 of 5: Since there are no nomads who'll help with this city's liberation, you might as well take Lukar up on his offer.
4 of 5: NOTE: If you have the "Lukar had better get out!" mission, you could wait and do it after you liberate the city. You wouldn't be missing out on any rewards.
5 of 5: When enough Hashishin die to cause the rest to flee, you'll get 2500 XP and five Nomad rep points.
