Lukar had better get out!
1 of 7: Talk to Lukar, who stands guard outside Sancho's house, and then talk to Sancho.
2 of 7: Report the fact that Lukar wants Sancho's gold to get this mission.
3 of 7: When you tell Lukar that Sancho wants him out of town, he'll attack you.
4 of 7: Knock him out and loot him, then wait until he wakes up.
5 of 7: You can then talk to him and barter with him as usual, and Sancho won't say anything more about it.
6 of 7: After you're through with Lukar for good, attack him again and this time kill him when he goes down.
7 of 7: You'll get 1000 XP and 10 Ben Erai rep points, and no one will prosecute you for it. (But then you can't have him helping you with the "Liberate Ben Erai!" mission later.)
