Gothic 3 Hints

Bring the shaman Grimboll some sulphur.

  • 1 of 7: Talk to Grimboll in his house near the southern exit to get this mission.
  • 2 of 7: You can easily get five lumps of sulphur from the nearby sulphur mine (see the "Kill the threatening snappers outside the sulphur mine" mission) unless you've already used all of those on another mission.
  • 3 of 7: If so, you'll have to look in other places to get your sulphur lumps.
  • 4 of 7: You can find a few in the abandoned mine after doing the "Tell the orcs about the abandoned mine in the north" mission.
  • 5 of 7: You can also get some from the mine near Okara that's featured in the "Clean out the mine with Randall the fighter" mission.
  • 6 of 7: When you have enough, turn them over to Grimboll to get a healing potion, 1000 XP, and two Geldern rep points.
  • 7 of 7: NOTE: This mission is very buggy. Sometimes when you hand over the sulphur, you don't get the XP or rep points. Other times, you won't be able to hand over the sulphur at all, even if you have plenty.
