2 of 7: He wants you to go to Bakaresh and get tribute from the mages Amul, Sigmor, and Tizgar.
3 of 7: Note that to get into the temple building to talk to Sigmor and Tizgar, you'll have to do Amul's mission "The temple of Bakaresh."
4 of 7: Amul, who's usually on his little speech platform near the NW corner of town, will hand 1000 gold over to you willingly.
5 of 7: Sigmor, who's standing around outside on the upper walkway of the central temple building, will give you a key to a chest that's in a nearby cave. His 2000-gold tribute is inside the chest.
6 of 7: Tizgar, who's in the third temple building, may or may not require you to do his "A lesson in hospitality" mission before he hands over his 2000 gold. (I don't know because I had to do that mission to get enough rep with the Hashishin to get into Ishtar.)
7 of 7: Once you have all three tributes, turn them over to Zuben to get 2500 XP, 10 Ishtar rep points, and Ancient Knowledge +1.
