Stop Meryl from sending more thieves.
1 of 3: You can get this mission while doing the "Steal the amulet from Dylan" mission. (Note that you could get this mission by talking to Dylan before you talk to Meryl, but that's not the best way.)
2 of 3: Return to Silden and tell Meryl about Dylan's proposed deal.
3 of 3: He'll agree, so return to Geldern and talk to Dylan again to get 5000 XP, his special amulet, and a recommendation letter.
