Poison Headcrab Tips
1 of 3: You could open the door just a little bit, let one headcrab through, then let the door fall shut while you help Alyx kill the headcrab.
2 of 3: Or you could stack blue recycling bins and cardboard boxes in front of the door before you start opening it so you can open it all the way without the headcrabs having a chance of getting to you.
3 of 3: Or you can try to drop the door on the headcrabs as they go under it, but that's a bit harder to do.
