Door Zombie Tips
1 of 3: Don't just stand and stare at him, or two zombies from the operating room directly across the hall will be able to sneak up on you. (If you ignore Alyx's warning, that is.)
2 of 3: After they're dead, move toward the operating room door so the first zombie will be enabled to knock his door off.
3 of 3: Note that if you're in the way when this happens, the door might hit you and damage you a little.
