Where can I go from the room at the top of the stairs?
1 of 8: It looks like a dead end, since its door is unopenable.
2 of 8: That means you'll have to look for some sort of secret path, like a ventilation duct.
3 of 8: Nothing is in plain sight, so try bashing and/or moving stuff around.
4 of 8: Look next to the doorway you came in through.
5 of 8: The big green file cabinet and two laundry carts are covering up a large shaft opening.
6 of 8: Blast them out of the way with the gravity gun, then do the same with the boards that are behind them.
7 of 8: You can now crouch-walk into the shaft.
8 of 8: After you drop down, knock a couple more laundry carts out of your way so you can crouch-walk into another room.
