How can I get past this fire unscorched?
1 of 10: By getting rid of the fire.
2 of 10: What's feeding the flames?
3 of 10: It's the gas that the large white gas tank is constantly spewing out.
4 of 10: So turn the gas off.
5 of 10: Do that by using the little red valve wheel that's attached to the tank's gas line.
6 of 10: However, you should first wait for a couple of zombies to walk through the flames and burn to death.
7 of 10: Also, if there are any zombies left in the area past the gas tank, you can lure them back through the flames to kill them.
8 of 10: After you get a zombie's attention, run back to the gas tank and use its red wheel to get the gas going again.
9 of 10: Then quickly ignite it with a bullet or by throwing one of the nearby red gas cans at it with the gravity gun.
10 of 10: Note that if you need to hide while a zombie burns, crouch-walking under the nearby big brown pipe cluster is a good idea.
