2 of 12: You'll find your first grub worms after you drop down into the water at the bottom of a vertical mine shaft.
3 of 12: There are 5 grubs on the shaft walls near the water, plus a total of 18 in the cave tunnel that leads to the first antlion worker area. [23]
4 of 12: The antlion worker area has 3 grubs in one corner near where you drop in, and 2 more in the side room with all the ammo. (One of them is inside the locker, which you can open with the "Use item" key.) [28]
5 of 12: The small cave tunnel you use to get from the side room to the main antlion cavern entrance has 4 grubs in it, including the one near the tunnel's entry opening. [32]
6 of 12: The large cave past that has 17 grubs, eight of which are way up high and will have to be shot with the pistol. (It's easiest to see them if you're standing on the lower ground near the water.) [49]
7 of 12: In the second cave room, it's possible to kill all 7 grubs *and* avoid the antlion worker that attacks when you drop down into the room. [56]

10 of 12: There are 2 grubs in the tunnel that leads to the cave room with the big pool, 4 more on a wall near that room's entrance, and 1 more on the floor in the back of that room. [77]
