The Orange Box: Half-Life 2: Episode Two Hints
How is that accomplished?
1 of 4: From the edge of the ledge in the first cave room, look down to see that there's a sort of intermediate ledge between your ledge and the second cave room's floor.
2 of 4: Drop carefully to the intermediate ledge, then blast the four grubs on the nearby cave wall, plus the one just inside the small tunnel that you can't reach.
3 of 4: NOTE: You can use the gravity gun on all four of the grubs that are outside the small tunnel if you move close enough.
4 of 4: After they're all dead, drop down to the cave floor and run over the last two grubs on your way to the flooded cave area. If you're fast enough, the antlion worker will be left behind.
