1 of 2: You get this achievement by helping the two resistance guys hold off the antlion incursions in Chapter 2's Section 1: Antlion Attack.
2 of 2: Specifically, you're awarded the achievement when the last antlion dies during the big attack in which the vortigaunts help out.
