Manhack Tunnel Tips

  • 1 of 7: This is your first opportunity to use the fact that manhacks and water don't mix.
  • 2 of 7: Run down the tunnel and open the fence mesh door at the other end to release the hacks, then quickly run back out of the tunnel.
  • 3 of 7: Go all the way back to the water you climbed out of earlier and fall back into it.
  • 4 of 7: Get the crowbar out and whack any manhacks that approach you while you bob just under the surface of the water. It's nearly impossible for them to hurt you in that position.
  • 5 of 7: Just make sure you surface briefly every now and then so that you don't drown!
  • 6 of 7: After you smack all the manhacks that follow you to the water the first time, go back and attract the others into following you there until you've gotten all of them.
  • 7 of 7: ALTERNATIVE: You could use your one and only frag grenade to blow up the manhacks. Run up to the closed fence door and carefully drop the grenade using Secondary Fire, then run back to a safe distance. The explosion should kill most of the manhacks, and you can shoot any survivors or lead them to the water.
