More Rooftop Combat Tips

  • 1 of 7: As soon as you get onto the ledge, ready your SMG or .357 Magnum and look for the red drain pipe that's on the building nearby. (It's the same building that Grigori was recently on the catwalk of.)
  • 2 of 7: The first fast zombie will start climbing that red pipe. Move forward so that you can shoot him down before he gets very far up it.
  • 3 of 7: Then find the red drain pipe in one corner of your ledge and look down it to get two more fast zombies as they climb toward you.
  • 4 of 7: WARNING: It's easy to accidentally fall off the roof while trying to get in a good shooting position near the top of that drain pipe, so be careful.
  • 5 of 7: The fourth and final fast zombie will start climbing the same pipe that the first one did, so shoot him down the same way. (Or wait until he jumps over to your ledge and shotgun him at point-blank range.)
  • 6 of 7: Instead of all that, you could go through the door and close it behind you before any of the fast zombies can get to you, but several of them will drop into the room through the breakable glass skylights. This is only a good choice if you have Dog's ball with you to distract the zombies.
  • 7 of 7: Another strategy that works well is to go back down to the water tank as soon as you hear the fast zombies coming. (Just like in the Water Tank Strategy for the previous rooftop zombie battle.)
