1 of 6: After you exit the police station, look for the seedy boarding house that the constable mentioned.
2 of 6: Following his directions, turn left when you get to the street, then turn left again as soon as you can.
3 of 6: Move forward until you can turn left near the laundry that's hanging up high, and you'll be in the boarding house area.
4 of 6: Talk to the guy who's sweeping near the bottom of the stairs, and ask him about the police case and the satchel.
