Sherlock Holmes vs. Jack the Ripper Hints
What all do I need to discover in the head's close-up view?
of 8: Click on the magnifying glass near the bottom left of the display to pick it up, then click around on various things to see what Holmes thinks is important. (BUG NOTE: The game may show the magnifying glass' view as a solid light-gray square instead of a zoomed-in view of what it's over, but you should still be able to find all the vital clues by clicking around in the right places.)
of 8: Start with the easy-to-spot pool of blood near the body's right shoulder (your left).
of 8: The next most noticeable things are the slash marks on the throat, so click on them.
of 8: There are three more things you need to find, all of which are on the head.
of 8: The woman's mouth is partly open, so center the magnifying glass on it and click to find that her tongue is swollen.
of 8: It's hard to see, but there's a bruise on the woman's right jaw (your left). Click around on the right jaw until you find the bruise.
of 8: The final thing to find is the bruise on the left cheek (your right). Click around until you get Holmes to notice it.
of 8: NOTE: When you're done, move the magnifying glass down next to the "Close" icon and click to drop it, then click on the "Close" icon to exit the close-up view.
