Ico Hints

One of the doors near the water slide is boarded up!

  • 1 of 11: You'll have to open the door from other side.
  • 2 of 11: Go back into the upper parts of the West Idol Stairs, and look around.
  • 3 of 11: Remember what else you did in the equivalent eastern room.
  • 4 of 11: You had to lower a couple of drawbridge sections.
  • 5 of 11: Once you've lowered the drawbridges, cross them and see what you can find.
  • 6 of 11: There are some bombs on the platform in the West Arena.
  • 7 of 11: Take one over to the boarded-up door.
  • 8 of 11: There should also be a nearby supply of sticks and flames.
  • 9 of 11: The sticks are at the top of the stairs in this upper section.
  • 10 of 11: And an open flame to light your stick is at the bottom of those same stairs.
  • 11 of 11: As usual, light the stick, then drop the bomb and use your stick to light it. Don't forget your sword before you move on.
