A Fearful Ghost
1 of 7: The ghost you want for this task is in the large open area just NE of the "spirit arena" that contains the Tomb of the Masses entrance.
2 of 7: Talk to the ghost of Merchant Bai to learn that the ghosts of the two guys who killed him are still tormenting him.
3 of 7: Enter the nearby "spirit arena" and open the doors that lead to the Tomb of the Masses.
4 of 7: Go inside and move forward until the two ghosts you're after talk to you and then attack.
5 of 7: After they go down, loot the containers in the area, then go back and talk to Merchant Bai's ghost.
6 of 7: He'll give you a silver piece and a cow bezoar, which can come in handy on the "Lord Lao's Furnace" subquest.
7 of 7: Report the fact that you've dealt with Merchant Bai to Gravedigger Shen to get 400 silver and 600 XP.
