Acquire Your Weapon

  • 1 of 8: You get this task right after you finish "Find Dawn Star."
  • 2 of 8: Dawn Star said that Gujin went by recently on his way to help Kia Min in town, so go through the nearby town gate exit.
  • 3 of 8: Move toward the three people you see ahead of you to start a brief cut-scene.
  • 4 of 8: After it's over, you'll need to kill the two bandits. It should be easy to do with Dawn Star's help.
  • 5 of 8: Head east from the combat site until you can turn north and go up some steps to reach the NW section of town.
  • 6 of 8: The main building up there is Gujin's place, and you'll find him inside.
  • 7 of 8: Before you talk to him, look around town to get some optional stuff.
  • 8 of 8: Talk to Gujin and choose a weapon from him: either a longsword or a staff. You'll get an appropriate weapon style to go with your choice.
