Enter the Ruins to Reach the Dam

  • 1 of 4: You get this task when you complete the "Talk to Minister Sheng" one.
  • 2 of 4: As you leave the merchant area, you'll be approached by Merchant Jiang, who wants you to sabotage the dam's controls so that it can never be closed.
  • 3 of 4: Whether you tell him yes or no, you'll have the option to do as he asks later on when you reach the dam controls.
  • 4 of 4: In any case, this task now splits into the two alternative tasks "Close the Great Dam" and "Sabotage the Dam."
