How can I obtain some Yewlock leaves?
1 of 4: The leaves are growing in a dark area near the secret exit from the basement.
2 of 4: Once out of the secret exit from the basement, follow the walkway until Lydia is just about to climb down a flight of stairs.
3 of 4: Just to the left of her path, at the top of the stairs, are some barrels.
4 of 4: The Yewlock leaves are growing behind the barrels. There isn't any way to tell which plant is the correct one -- you'll just have to choose one of them.
