LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy Hints
How do I get out of the cargo room down the next hall?
of 9: When you enter, you'll be on a platform above the main floor on the right side of the room. Your first step is to get to the raised platform on the left (opposite) side of the room.
of 9: On the far side of this area is a switch that will release a slidable crate.
of 9: You can slide the crate all the way down the designated area, and push it over the edge of the platform. Once it lands on the ground, it will explode, opening up a hole in the floor.
of 9: Go through that hole and down the ramp to get a little cart that you can hop on. The cart is your key to getting out of here.
of 9: Look at the five red squares just to the right of the area where you picked up the cart (but back outside that basement area).
of 9: When you drive on them, they briefly turn green. (There may still be a few objects on top of the squares if they weren't destroyed during your fight, but just shoot them out now if that's the case.)
of 9: You want to get all five of them green -- which means running over them fairly quickly.
of 9: You can use the cart to do this, but you'll need to do it all in one pass -- that is, driving in a straight enough line that you don't miss any. The cart doesn't have much of a turning radius, so you may find it easier to line up well in back of the squares and then push forward, straightening out as you get closer to the squares. In any case, with a little bit of practice, you should be able to get this, and when you do, a bridge will extend over to the Stormtrooper door.
of 9: Go back out to the previous hallway, where you'll find a helmet dispenser. Then, you should be able to grapple back over to the other side of the room, just as you did before, open the door, and then exit.
