Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude Hints

Luba

  • 1 of 11: Luba will be in the dance club in the "nice streets" area after you start round 2 of Swingles (see its hints for details).
  • 2 of 11: This one's a little different at first. Larry's too shy to talk to her while sober.
  • 3 of 11: So talk to Chet and buy two beers or one "cheatin' woman." (Note that the beers are cheaper, but get you drunker than the "cheatin' woman" will, which is bad news for the upcoming mini-game. Of course, you can always piss a little bit off first.)
  • 4 of 11: Once you're more than halfway drunk, you can talk to Luba to start the first Conversation mini-game. (Watch out for the red beer mugs, as you're already badly drunk. Go for the yellow coffee cups instead.)
  • 5 of 11: After you finish the game and Luba leaves, follow her to the trampolines in the main campus area. (Note that you need to stay over halfway drunk in order to keep doing stuff with her.)
  • 6 of 11: Talk to her at the trampoline to do a very hard version of the Trampoline mini-game. I always just wimped out on it.
  • 7 of 11: Next, make your drunken, sotty way back to the dance club and talk to Luba again for another annoying conversation mini-game.
  • 8 of 11: Following that is a Mixing Drinks mini-game. To get started on it, find the section of the bar near Luba that registers as "drink station" and activate it. (At least it's the easiest of Luba's mini-games so far.)
  • 9 of 11: After that is a fairly easy game of Quarters. If you don't find it easy, try buying the special item that makes the game easier.
  • 10 of 11: After one last conversation mini-game, you'll get the ending cut-scene in which Larry's good time with Luba is ruined and he gets her beer bong as a token of affection.
  • 11 of 11: STRIP NOTE: After you finish with Luba, you can buy two Luba strip secret items from Nigel in the nice streets area. You can then play strip-trampoline at the trampolines in the main campus area and strip-quarters in the dance club in the nice streets area (talk to Chet the bartender about "wild quarters").
