Confidence Meter
1 of 5: Throughout the game there will be a small display near the bottom left of the screen that shows you a couple of things, including Larry Lovage's confidence meter.
2 of 5: It's represented by the face and colored line just to the right of the face. Also, you can see how confident Larry is by how energetically he bounces around as you walk or run him along (if you're not in first-person view mode).
3 of 5: It's important to keep Larry's confidence up (at least to the point where his confidence line is yellow), and there are several ways to do that. Winning any mini-game, including conversation mini-games, is the main way.
4 of 5: Also, if your confidence is already high, posing well in front of someone can make it even higher.
5 of 5: Getting drunk can also raise confidence, as can successfully streaking while drunk.
