  • 1 of 5: TIP: Go back south and talk to Maeko Matsuo to get some info and earn a couple of morality points.
  • 2 of 5: Use the elevator that's just past the customs area to travel to the Port Hanshan Plaza.
  • 3 of 5: Before you go see the administrator, you should take a quick tour of the place.
  • 4 of 5: When you're ready, go to the administration office, which is just a bit south of the elevator that leads to the docking bay.
  • 5 of 5: Speak to Gianna Parasini at her desk about seeing Anoleis, then go into his office and talk to him to get the "A Stumbling Block" objective.
