1 of 5: First, finish up the "Noveria: Rift Station" mission by deciding the rachni queen's fate.
2 of 5: Look around the entire Secure Lab area for raidable containers, then leave through the southern exit. (The northern one is locked.)
3 of 5: You'll soon come to the tram station and elevator area that you explored when you first arrived on the lower level.
4 of 5: You've already dealt with the hot labs, so all you have to do now is ride the tram to get back to the Normandy.
5 of 5: Once there, you'll have a conversation cinematic that will finish up both this mission and this game section.
