Speak to the Ambassador
1 of 7: Travel to the C-Sec Security area and go check out the new inventory of the local requisition officer. He'll have a lot of expensive new gear to offer now that you're a Spectre.
2 of 7: When you're done there, use the academy atrium area's central elevator to go down to the docking bays.
3 of 7: Talk to Ambassador Udina near the Normandy to finish not only this mission, but also this entire game section.
4 of 7: TIP: Before you move on, thoroughly quiz Captain Anderson to gain some codexes and XP. Also, find the nearby "Normandy Weapons" and "Normandy Hull" hotspots and examine them for more codex-and-XP rewards.
5 of 7: As for where to go next, you should first finish up any available Citadel Assignments and take a tour of the Normandy to find new things.
6 of 7: I then strongly advise you to take the time to do all of the Early UNC Assignments, Squad Assignments, and Collection Assignments in order to gain as much equipment and XP as you can. The more of that you do, the higher your characters' levels, talents, and equipment quality will be when you decide to move on with the game.
