Mass Effect 2 Hints
Find and help Wilson.
1 of 7: Run up next to Jacob and take cover against the railing so you can help him shoot mechs. (Or just stay under cover and let him do all the shooting.) After the current batch is down, Jacob will speak to you.
2 of 7: After that, help him finish off the mechs (use his Pull power on all of them to save ammo) to get another dialogue.
3 of 7: When it's over, look for a thermal clip near the railing and use the datapad on the nearby bench if you want to, then go through the unlocked door and look for another thermal clip in the hallway.
4 of 7: When you approach the next unlocked door, it'll open automatically, revealing a room with mechs on the other side. Run forward for cover, then use your pistol (and Jacob's Pull power) to finish them off.
5 of 7: Run around to where they were to find another unlocked door to go through. After you go up some stairs, turn left to find a side room with a Cerberus laptop in it before going though the next unlocked door.
6 of 7: Past it, look for Wilson on the floor to the left.
7 of 7: NOTE: When some mechs attack, take cover and use the Overload power on the explosive crates like the game prompts you to. That'll wreck the mechs and clear the path for you.
