1 of 3: Go to Deck 2 of the Normandy and use the galaxy map, then move the Normandy to the local mass relay and plot a jump to the Omega Nebula.
2 of 3: Move the Normandy over to Omega and choose to enter orbit, then to dock.
3 of 3: After you choose your two-person squad and get a cut-scene, do the short "Omega: Aria T'Loak" mission to finish this objective.
