1 of 7: Search the Blue Suns' guard post area to find several thermal clips, including ones dropped by the troopers.
2 of 7: Check the floor in the back of the guard post for a modified assault rifle that you can examine for an assault rifle damage upgrade.
3 of 7: Look across from the guard post for an apartment door with a bypass minigame on it.
4 of 7: Open the door, then check a table in the apartment's first room for a med kit.
5 of 7: Go up the stairs to the second room, then loot the unlocked wall safe.
6 of 7: Talk to the refugee for a codex entry and some morality points.
7 of 7: Recross the room that the guard post faces, then go up the stairs to find a room with another med kit and some salvageable circuit boards in it.
