Supply and Victim Tips
1 of 6: Go down to where the Blue Suns guys were and hack a bank terminal for credits.
2 of 6: Go through the nearby door to find a box of power cells and a door with a bypass minigame on it.
3 of 6: All that's past the bypassable door is a plague victim to examine and some logs to play, so you might not want to bother with the minigame.
4 of 6: Go down the stairs near the bank terminal and talk to the batarian victim to get some info.
5 of 6: Watch for a Paragon interrupt, and use it to help the victim and get some Paragon points (plus more info).
6 of 6: Past the victim is another bypass-minigame door. This one is worth opening since you can get some credits from an unlocked wall safe in the room beyond it.
