1 of 12: Stay in your starting cover next to the shuttle while fighting the Cerberus forces in the hangar.
2 of 12: When all of the enemies in the hangar are killed, you'll get the next objective. After you finish it and the following objective, you'll be back here.
3 of 12: Take cover against the crate you start out next to, then start firing on the atlas mech. Don't focus on it exclusively, though -- the two troopers that drop down on either side of it will both run for unused atlas mechs. Make them your priority targets, then take down the mech.
4 of 12: Go down to the big hole that your "launched the wrong way" fighter made, then cover-climb your way through it. Look to the left of the flaming hole ahead for the M-37 Falcon assault rifle and a door.
5 of 12: Examine the door to get EDI to open it for you, then climb down the nearby ladder. Run for cover against the low wall ahead, then start shooting enemy troopers.
6 of 12: After you take down all the ones you can see from there, move to new cover and shoot down a nemesis, then move forward to get more troopers to appear. When you get them all, move to the back of the area to find a ladder. Before you climb it, look past it for a terminal to salvage for credits, a medical station, and an ammo crate.
7 of 12: Climbing the ladder gets you a cut-scene in which you can choose to view three logs dealing with Shepard's resurrection at the beginning of the previous game. When you close the logs, EDI will open the next door.
8 of 12: Look on a nearby medical bed for the Serrice Council Greaves, then go through the door and down to another flaming debris area. Turn right and drop down, then do a couple of cover-climbs to get to the entrance to another sublevel area full of hostiles.
9 of 12: Climb up the ladder in the back of the sublevel area, then optionally check out the "Cerberus Video Log" terminal to learn a bit more about EDI and her past with Cerberus. Go through the door EDI opens and look around for an ammo crate, a medical station, and a credits-giving PDA.
10 of 12: Go down the wrecky hallway and through a door, then look for a med kit and a Delumcore Overlay. Past the next door is an ammo crate and another Cerberus video log. View its Kai-Leng-related entries if you want, then return to the hallway.
11 of 12: Go along the hallway until you find a blue-lit hole on your right that you can approach to get a cut-scene. After it's over, move forward and start going up the stairs, then turn around and sprint back a ways when Cerberus troopers show up.
12 of 12: After you climb the next ladder, turn around and edge past it so you can go down to where there's some ammo, a credits-giving PDA, and a med kit. Go back and open the door near the ladder to get the "Activate Prothean VI" objective.
