Deck 3 - Crew Deck
1 of 5: Turn right when you arrive and go through the nearby "life support" door, then look for a model of the Destiny Ascension in the back of the room. Picking it up will add it to the window display that's next to the private terminal in the captain's cabin.
2 of 5: Go around to the mess hall area, then open the door in the back left corner to get a cut-scene that introduces you to the intel terminal, where special upgrades can be researched later.
3 of 5: After that, talk to Liara T'Soni, then use her broker terminal if you want to read through her notes on the Prothean device. Other interesting entries will appear on that terminal throughout the game.
4 of 5: Leave her room and turn left, then go down to the door that leads to the medical lab. Talk to the doctor you recruited (if you did) to get some reputation points, then check out the two beds in the back right corner of the lab.
5 of 5: One of them can be used to select a bonus power after you unlock one or more via conversations with squad members, and the other can be used to reassign all of your level-up progress points. (Note that the first time you reassign progress points for Shepard or any given squad member, it's free. Each time after that, it'll cost 5000 more credits for that person than it did the previous time.)
