2 of 6: Go over to the main desk and talk to either the visitor or the receptionist to end the argument they're having and get two reputation points.
3 of 6: Check out the Sirta Supplies terminal to find that it has another medi-gel capacity upgrade for sale.
4 of 6: If you've been trying to recruit Dr. Michel for the Normandy, you can try again now, though you still probably won't have enough paragon or renegade points to do it. However, you might have enough after finishing up every optional thing that's currently available, so remember to check back later.
5 of 6: Go through the medical decontamination area to get the "Citadel: Biotic Amp Interfaces" hub mission, then enter the same room your injured squad member was in before. (Note that if you bought a gift at the Sirta Supplies terminal, you'll automatically hand it over.)
6 of 6: Go through the door that's directly opposite your squad member's room to overhear the conversation that gets you the "Ismar Frontier: Prototype Components" hub mission.
