Mysterious Journey II Hints
How do I open the door with the pattern on both sides?
of 10: Opening the other two doors first will give you more of an idea of the theory about how these doors work. You should solve those two doors first. The same rules apply for this door as apply for the other two.
of 10: Notice that the pattern on the door is displayed on both sides (left and right) of the screen. Both the green and red ball display the pattern only on one side of the screen.
of 10: The green-red ball won't give you the combination needed. You'll need to figure it out yourself.
of 10: See if you can use the other two balls to help you.
of 10: Use the red ball to find the pattern on the left, and the green ball to find the pattern on the right. Make note of which red lights are brightly lit on the top screen for both the red and green balls.
of 10: All of the doors use a combination of four button presses to unlock them.
of 10: By checking which red lights glowed for both the red and green balls, you should have marked down a total of eight lights. Only four of those lights will be needed to open the door.
of 10: Working from left to right on the door pattern, the left half of the pattern was shown by the red ball; the right half by the green ball. Thinking about left to right, and start to finish, see if you can think of a way to combine the two sets of lights.
of 10: Take the first two lights displayed by the red ball, and the last two lights displayed by the green ball, and enter the resulting pattern into the door. Remember to follow the back-and-forth pattern shown on the odd machine -- from top to bottom.
of 10: In this order, press the top center button, then in the second row press the button on the far right. Next, press the button in the bottom right corner, then the one in the bottom left corner.
