Where is this piratical outpost?
1 of 4: Probably nowhere.
2 of 4: No, this isn't a stupid fake hint section meant to humiliate avid hint readers. I don't do that kind of thing.
3 of 4: It's just that the outpost isn't built until you finish the big alliance quest that Bastian Loudrin in Alvar gives you much later in the game.
4 of 4: Once you're quested by Elgar Fellmoon in Ravenshore to sink the Regnan fleet, this outpost will exist on a previously barren island that's SE of the middle of the main island.
