  • 1 of 4: Remember how the Divine Intervention and Souldrinker spell learning books were unique quest items in some previous games? Well, that's how Eye of the Storm is in this game.
  • 2 of 4: However, there's no particular quest to get it. You'll find it while on another quest.
  • 3 of 4: Specifically, you'll get it near the end of the Scholar to Mage promotion quest.
  • 4 of 4: Unfortunately, since it's a quest item, it won't ever regenerate even when the Drangheim region does, so you'll have to decide who will learn Eye of the Storm if you have more than one character who can.
