How do I find the fourth heirloom?
1 of 6: Go around the island and talk to people about the fourth heirloom.
2 of 6: Meathook should have some helpful information.
3 of 6: He describes a map that he painted for Grandpa Marley. You need to find that map.
4 of 6: Meathook explains that he painted a wax landscape over it. Look around the island for that landscape.
5 of 6: You'll find it on the wall of the LUA Bar (formerly the SCUMM Bar). Guybrush will point out that it looks "Meathooky".
6 of 6: Now, you need to reveal the map that lies beneath the painting.
